Postage & Delivery Policy – Our Three B’s

Where we deliver

We deliver to all UK mainland addresses. For Highlands, Islands or international locations, please contact us first for a custom quote before ordering.

Delivery Charges

- Standard UK Delivery: Flat rate £4.99 per order

- Orders over £40: Standard delivery is FREE

Only one delivery option is available at checkout – no upgraded or extra postage options are offered.

Dispatch & Delivery Times

As a small family business, we pack every order with care:

- Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days once payment is confirmed

- We use Royal Mail or trusted UK couriers

- Estimated delivery after dispatch: 2–5 working days

- Please note: These are estimated times only – we cannot be responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services, but we will keep you updated if we are aware of any issues.

Delivery Information

- Please provide a secure delivery address and any special instructions when ordering

- If no one is available to accept delivery, the courier will leave a card explaining how to rearrange or collect your parcel

- We cannot be liable for loss or damage once an order has been marked as safely delivered by the courier.
