Our Three B’s / O.T.Bs
All products – collars, leads, accessories, toys and treats – are for pet use only and must always be used under responsible adult supervision.
Check collars fit correctly, inspect items regularly for wear or damage, and replace immediately if compromised. Leads and collars are for walking use only, not for permanent tethering. No toy is fully indestructible, so always supervise play and remove damaged items right away.
Treats are complementary only, not a replacement for a balanced diet – limit to no more than 10% of daily food intake, check ingredients for allergies, and always provide fresh water.
We take care to ensure all details are accurate, though colours may vary slightly. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we accept no liability for injury or loss caused by misuse, unsupervised use, improper fitting or normal wear and tear. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Our Three B’s / O.T.Bs
These terms apply to all orders placed with Our Three B’s, also known as O.T.Bs, and by placing an order you agree to be bound by them. We take great care to describe and show all products as accurately as possible, though colours, finishes and appearance may vary slightly in person.
All orders are confirmed once full payment has been received via our approved payment methods. Prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable, with delivery charges calculated and added at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, and will provide a full refund immediately if payment has already been processed.
Many of our items are handmade to order, so please allow 3–5 working days for production before your order is dispatched, unless otherwise stated. Any delivery times provided are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed; we are not liable for delays caused by courier services or circumstances outside our control. Once items have been handed over to the courier, all risk of loss or damage passes to you.
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can arrange a replacement, exchange or full refund. For change of mind returns, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition and returned in their original packaging; return postage costs will be your responsibility unless the item is faulty. Please note that made-to-order or personalised items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or do not match your confirmed order details.

All designs, product descriptions, photographs and branding used across our website, social media and marketing materials are the intellectual property of Our Three B’s and may not be reproduced, copied or used without our explicit written permission. We may update these terms occasionally, and the version published at the time you place your order will apply. These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
